<匯港通訊> 內地6位著名經濟學家呼籲放寬防疫限制推動經濟。

曾任人民銀行顧問的北京大學教授黃益平,以及經濟學家任澤平、管清友等,發表聯名文章,建議內地優先放開經濟活動,例如公共交通、辦公室、餐飲,酒店、物流和商場等場所,統一防疫標準,消除全國範圍內公幹和旅行的過嚴限制。

文章指,明年經濟增長目標可以定於5%以上,傳遞發展是首要任務的訊號,穩定預期、重振信心,提高明年財政赤字,推出以新基建為核心的擴大內需活動,帶動各行各業復產復工。再放寬之前太緊的樓市限購、限貸,支持民企內房合理融資需求,打通穩定樓市的最後一段路。 (BC)
