<匯港通訊>        新創建(00659)宣布，以現金要約收購本金額最高為2.5億美元的優先永續資本證券，另以現金要約收購6.5億美元於2029年到期的優先票據。

提出收購要約旨在優化集團的資產負債表結構及未來融資成本。於收購要約中有效交回及接
納購買的所有證券將被註銷。 (ST)
