<匯港通訊>     人行今天起降低金融機構存款準備金率0.25個百分點，金融機構加權平均存款準備金率約為7.8%。共計釋放長期資金約5000億元人民幣。內房股向好，碧桂園(02007)報3.06元，升7.0368%，寶龍地產(01238)報1.31元，升8.264%，萬科(02202)及富力地產(02777)均升逾6%，龍湖集團(00960)報23.6元，升6.306%。

物管股碧桂園服務(06098)報20.05元，升7.372%。  (SY)
