<匯港通訊>   中原地產沙田第一城分行區域營業董事黎宗文表示,大圍大型屋苑柏傲莊最新錄得1宗租賃成交,單位為一期 3B 座低層 D 室,實用面積327平方呎,1房間隔,議價後以15500港元租出,實用面積呎租47港元。

據了解,新租客鍾情屋苑交通方便,設大型會所,加上樓齡全新,遂租入單位自住。業主則於2020年以726萬港元購入單位,是次租出單位可享約2.6厘租金回報。 (BC)
