中國鎳買家據報尋求參照滬鎳為明年供應定價 X

<匯港通訊>   《路透》引述消息人士稱,全球最大鎳購買國,中國的鎳買家已經要求生產商改用上海期貨交易所的合約為明年的供應定價。

全球金屬交易通常以倫敦金屬交易所(LME)的價格為基準定價,但今年3月 LME 鎳交易出現前所未有的波動,迫使 LME 停止一段時間的鎳交易,打擊市場信心,導致流動性降至10年最低水平。

如果中國買家談判成功,將對 LME 作為全球主要金屬交易所的聲譽造成進一步打擊。

報道引述 LME 發言人沒有直接對上述談判發表評論,但表示,LME 正在採取措施提高流動性。 (BC)
