余偉文：料今年本港經濟復甦但前景面對不確定性 X

<匯港通訊> 金管局總裁余偉文出席立法會財經事務委員會會議時表示，預期今年歐美經濟增長會放緩，通脹有望降溫，但仍會高企。由於美國通脹走勢仍存在不確定性，加息周期仍未完結，債券市場可能會繼續波動，將加重債務壓力。隨著防疫措施優化，近期已出現回穩跡象，內地經濟有望在今年重拾動力。

余偉文指出，本港目前失業率跌至3.5%，預期今年香港經濟將會反彈，但前景面對不確定性。2022年貸款需求減弱，資產質素維持健康。外匯基金2022年全年投資回報率為 -4.4%，市場國債收益率持續飆升，股市大幅下跌。他建議投資者採用防禦性部署，借貸時留意利率風險。因本港與內地通關，今年樓市氣氛好轉，1月成交及睇樓量輕微上升，但樓價前景不明朗。（LF）
