睿峰兩日招標售5伙 套現約5000萬元 X

<匯港通訊>   由Twin City Holdings Limited持有的長沙灣睿峰已屆現樓，項目昨日(5日)起以招標形式推售38伙。此輪銷售的首兩日售出5伙，總成交金額約5000萬元。

鼎珮董事總經理陳玉成表示，售出單位包括1房至3房戶，平均成交呎價22232元，而售價最高的單位涉逾1411萬元。 

陳玉成指，隨著中港兩地落實可免檢疫通關，相信樓市氣氛將持續向好，帶動住宅成交量繼續上升，故對項目有信心。另外，由於項目已屆現樓，相信對用家及投資者均具吸引力。

睿峰提供414伙，至今累售約190伙，佔全盤單位數目近5成。項目戶型包括開放式至3房，標準單位實用面積224至639平方呎，另設有平台特色戶，實用面積203至758平方呎，平台面積62至375平方呎。   (CC)
