<匯港通訊>         國藥科技股份(08156)發盈喜，預期截至2022年12月31日止6個月錄得公司股權持有人應佔溢利不少於1500萬元，2021年同期虧損約1350萬元。

扭虧為盈主要由於(其中包括)集團與中國內地平台運營商的服務協議項下的「互聯網+」供應鏈服務銷售額增加；加強對行政及營運開支的成本控制；出售鎖定代價股份的賠償收入約1550萬元，已記為其他收入；及結付應付一名前董事款項之收益金額約1260萬元，已記為其他收入。(WH)
