美國企業擬以近170億美元價格收購澳洲最大金礦商 X

<匯港通訊>   美國紐蒙特礦業公司確認,已發起要約,計劃以近170億美元價格收購澳洲最大金礦開採企業紐克雷斯特礦業公司。

紐克雷斯特礦業公司的營收大部分來自金礦,其餘來自銀礦和銅礦,所經營礦山分佈在澳洲、加拿大和巴布亞新幾內亞。

據《彭博》報道,紐蒙特礦業公司希望藉這項收購提升它在全球銅礦和金礦業領域的地位。這筆收購一旦達成,將成為今年以來全球最大收購案,也是澳洲史上最大規模收購案之一。 (BC)
