雷諾與日產宣佈達成聯盟重組框架協議 X

<匯港通訊>   法國汽車製造商雷諾集團與日本日產汽車公司宣布,達成聯盟重組框架協議,兩間公司將分別持有對方15%的股份和投票權,希望透過交叉持股和強化聯盟治理,在快速變化的市場中推進創新和轉型。

根據重組協議,雷諾在日產的持股比例將從目前的43.4%減至15%,與日產持有雷諾股份的比例持平,雙方可自由行使與15%直接持股相關的投票權。雷諾將28.4%的日產股份轉入一間法國信託機構,日產擁有優先收購權。

此外,日產承諾投資雷諾集團在歐洲的電動車和軟件實體,投資比例最高達15%。 (BC)
