<匯港通訊>         康諾亞(02162)宣布，執行董事、董事會主席及一名主要股東 Bo CHEN 通過其控股的實體 Moonshot Holdings Limited 於市場上增持27,000股股份，總代價110萬元，平均價每股40.9元。

緊隨股權增持後，Moonshot 直接持有及 Bo CHEN 被視為持有77,951,482股股份的權益，佔已發行股份總數的約27.87%。(WH)
