<匯港通訊>       瑞強集團(08427)宣布，向獨立第三方 Greater Elite Holdings Limited ，配售合共1238.76萬股股份，佔擴大後股本約9.09%，配售價每股0.082元，較今日收市價0.09元折讓約8.9%，所得款項總額102萬元，淨額約95萬元，用作償還承兌票據及減少利息開支。(WH)
