<匯港通訊>        天臣控股(01201)宣布，建議4供3，發行最多11.13億股供股股份，佔擴大後股本約%，供股價每股0.1元，較今日收市價0.113元折讓約11.5%，集資最多約1.113億元。

所得款項淨額約1.093元，約6600萬元(或約60.4%)將用於發展集團的鋰離子動力電池業務，包括改善現有設施以提升產能、重新調配人力及設施以提升生產效率，以及安排貨物物流；約1100萬元(或約
10.1%)將用於集團的一般營運資金用途，包括但不限於結清購買原材料、員工成本、公用事業成本及其他辦公室開支；及約3230萬元(或約29.5%)將用於償還貸款。其餘貸款結餘將以內部資源結清。
