<匯港通訊>       凱順控股(08203)宣布，透過按發行價每股酬金股份0.219元，向 Kemp Services Limited (認購人)發行及配發約684.98萬股酬金股份的方式清償尚未清償專業費。

酬金股份684.98萬股，佔擴大後股本約1.17%，酬金股份的總代價為150.0104萬元。所得款項淨額約148.01萬元，擬用作抵銷尚未清償專業費。
