<匯港通訊>        GBA 集團(00261)宣布，建議5供4，發行最多17.65億股供股股份，佔擴大後股本約44.44%，供股價每股0.03元，較今日收市價0.04元折讓約25%，籌集最多5290萬元，淨額約4790萬元，擬用作一般營運資金、投資餐飲及相關業務及支付交易代價、投資直播業務及擴展集團的金融業務。(WH)
