天水圍青年宿舍「琇居」招租 最多提供672個宿位 X

<匯港通訊>      由天水圍悅品酒店改建、第4個青年宿舍項目「琇居」招租，有336個房間，最多提供672個宿位，一人申請月租由3500元，二人為7000元起。

申請者年齡須介乎18至31歲，一人申請月入上限2.8萬元，總資產少於39.8萬元，入住人士每年須參與最少200小時社區服務。

「琇居」由天水圍居民服務協會基金會營運，項目設有健身室及青年空間，附近有街市、球場及泳池等配套。項目位於北部都會區核心地帶，未來有很多就業機會，亦可與大灣區有更好的聯繫，已聯絡區內關愛隊及社區組織合作。 (ST)
