<匯港通訊>  仲量聯行香港主席曾煥平認為,美國減息,對市場是好消息。然後,息口只是影響樓市的其中一個因素,走勢尚受到其他經濟因素所左右,現時經濟仍然疲弱。同時,發展商將會因為趁減息的好消息,而排山倒海地推盤,競爭加劇下,新盤訂價會較保守、甚至要低開,以吸引買家,樓市壓力依然存在,因此,該行仍維持今年樓價會下跌的預期。 (BC)
