CMU OmniClear Limited與SIX簽署諒解備忘錄 X

<匯港通訊>     金管局屬下全資擁有的附屬公司 CMU OmniClear Limited(CMU OmniClear)和SIX 今日(10月18日)簽署諒解備忘錄，就證券託管和結算展開合作，以促進跨境投資。

根據諒解備忘錄，雙方將展開國際證券的聯合結算及託管、建立更緊密的合作關係，並維持訊息交流的渠道。

CMU OmniClear 首席執行官陳達強表示：「今日標誌著 CMU OmniClear 發展成亞洲區內中央證券託管機構的重要一步。CMU OmniClear 作為中國接通全球市場的獨特門戶，相信我們與 SIX 的新合作關係將有助中國投資者開拓瑞士及國際市場的機遇，同時幫助瑞士投資者更好地進入香港和內地市場。」

SIX  首席執行官 Jos Dijsselhof 表示：「CMU OmniClear 與我們的業務息息相關，我們非常高興與CMU OmniClear達成協議，相信會為雙方和兩地帶來正面影響。亞洲擁有巨大潛力，是我們探索世界商機的地區之一。」

雙方合作的範疇包括對香港、瑞士和國際市場投資的相互支持，營運和市場信息互換，以及共同開發商機。（BC)
