金管防局詐騙 據報研 Money Safe 劃撥存款 X

<匯港通訊>    為加強防騙，《信報》報道，金管局正構思一項名為「Money Safe」（MS)的保障措施，讓銀行客戶可把部分銀行存款「劃撥開」，以受 MS 保護，「劃撥開」的存款不可被提取或轉走，如要動用有關資金，客戶必須經過額外的核實程序。

據悉，金管局擬把 MS 的適用範圍，涵蓋儲蓄及定期存款，以至聯名戶口存款，而受 MS 保護的存款則仍享有利息。金管局目標今年底敲定 MS 的細節，同時希望銀行不遲於明年底推出有關服務。（BC)
