<匯港通訊> 「假冒客服」為最新常見詐騙手法,最近更有騙徒冒認某電訊商客服人員,訛稱受害人曾經申請服務並將從戶口自動扣款,再透過聲稱可協助取消服務,將電話轉駁到偽冒銀行職員,藉此誘使受害人交出網上理財用戶名稱、密碼及驗證碼,從而盜取金錢。
