彩虹邨重建方案據悉下午公布 11幢樓宇分3期重建 X

<匯港通訊>      據悉，當局將於下午公布彩虹邨重建方案，11幢樓宇分3期重建，第1期最快2028年展開，至2039年完成清拆，目標2043年完成重建，預料第1期會同步處理鄰近交通網絡。

彩虹邨在1962年落成，11幢樓宇提供7400個單位，約有1.7萬多名居民。房委會去年12月通過彩虹邨重建研究項目，分3期重建，每期涉及約2500個單位，當時預計需時15年，重建後單位增至約9200個。

當局早前公布有兩個安置方案，包括將租戶安置到九龍城美東邨，或租戶優先認購九龍灣宏照道綠置居。 (ST)
