<匯港通訊>   過去周末兩日新盤市場成交仍以餘貨項目為主，合共售出約22伙，並以近期備受市場追捧的細價新盤主導，當中以屯門青山灣段大型臨海項目「黃金海灣．珀岸」最矚目，共錄3宗成交最多，該盤將於今日加推新一批單位應市。 （BC)
