新地西沙SIERRA SEA開價158伙 最平入場299.9萬元呎價最低9499元 X

<匯港通訊>          新地(00016)發展的西沙項目「SIERRA SEA」今日公布首張價單。涉及158伙，其中3伙一房，118伙二房，37伙三房，單價市值超9億。在扣除最高15%後，折實售價299.88-598.48萬元，折實呎價9499-11126元，折實平均呎價10398元。

項目明天正式開放示範單位，預計周四正式開始收票。

折實呎價10000元以下29伙，全數單位不足600萬，102伙低於500萬。折實入場單位為一房開放式廚房，折實售價299.88萬元，折實呎價9963元。最低呎價的單位為三房一浴室（開放式廚房）單位，折實呎價9499元。

新地副董事總經理雷霆表示，價格參考同區「雲海」項目14000元的呎價，預料後續有很大加價空價。

項目另提供突破性「收租皇財務安排」，最低首期只需支付5%的樓價。
