中信證券國際簽訂13.9億美元等值可持續發展掛勾銀團貸款 X

<匯港通訊>    中信證券國際宣佈，成功設立一筆總規模13.9億美元等值的可持續發展掛勾銀團貸款。該銀團貸款屬中資投行及券商行業中首筆可持續發展掛康勾銀團，彰顯了中信證券國際在綠色金融領域的先驅地位，亦充分展示其在推動環境、社會和公司治理(ESG)目標落實方面的堅定決心。
 
今次銀團貸款由渣打香港、匯豐銀行及興業港分共同牽頭協調，並由渣打香港擔任可持續發展掛鈎貸款協調人(「SLL協調人」)。今次銀團反應熱烈，獲得來自多家參與銀行的超額認購，顯示資本市場對中信證券國際的有力支持。 （BC)
