恒隆地產在旗下可租賃總面積11%推行「Changemakers 計劃」 X

<匯港通訊>   恒隆地產(00101)持續加大力度與租戶合作，以共同減少能源消耗與浪費，推動循環經濟和提升社區福祉。為此，公司推行「Changemakers 租戶可持續發展合作計劃」(「Changemakers 計劃」)，並於2024年成功完成試行階段。

截至目前，恒隆已與香港及內地17個物業中、共49個辦公樓、零售和酒店等跨界別租戶達成合作，租賃總面積超過22.05萬平方米，佔恒隆旗下可租賃總面積的11%。 （BC)
