長實啟德項目Victoria Blossom命名「花語海」 共1005伙 X

<匯港通訊>       長實集團(01113)發展的啟德項目Victoria Blossom今日正式公布中文名「花語海」。

長江實業營業部首席經理郭子威表示，項目分三期發展，共1005伙。二期剛剛拿到預售樓花同意書，提供416伙，一期還有307伙。將盡快推出市場市場。

針對本港樓市，長實執行董事趙國雄表示，今年比去年好一點，還有一些供應沒消化，貨尾主要小戶型多一點。未來一段時間，香港經濟慢慢恢復，對樓市穩定性有好處，預計今年樓市有小升幅，還是像年初預計一樣升5%。另外貿易戰並不是特別需要擔心的問題。（JJ）
