宏安地產(01243)出售合營企業公司股權 X

<匯港通訊>        宏安地產(01243)與宏安集團(01222)聯合宣布，宏安地產出售合營企業公司20%權益，應付代價為87,240,000元。

鑒於該等AG合營企業夥伴與宏安地產就該物業成功合作，並進一步合作進行潛在項目，，宏安及宏安地產宣布，ADPF Member、Prime Resonance 及宏安地產（作為擔保人）訂立框架協議，據此，ADPF Member 及 Prime Resonance 已同意成立新合營企業，以就目標業務開展合作。
