洛市警方周三在市中心抗議活動拘捕逾80人 當中7人違反宵禁令 X

<匯港通訊>  美國加州洛杉磯民眾反對聯邦機構搜捕非法移民的示威持續。警方說,在市中心地區星期三的抗議活動拘捕超過80人,當中7人違反宵禁令,行動中使用了大量非致命彈藥。

市長巴斯表示,抗議活動期間,市中心部分地區會繼續實施宵禁。她強調,移民群體對洛杉磯經濟至關重要,若果移民群體因恐懼而不敢返工返學,洛杉磯的經濟運轉將會停滯,又憂慮突襲移民行動可能衝擊旅遊業。

美軍表示,大約700名美國海軍陸戰隊員將星期四或五抵達洛杉磯街頭,支援多達4000名國民警衛隊隊員。 (BC)
