美國司法部據報審查 Google 收購 Wiz 交易 X

<匯港通訊>   外電引述消息人士稱，美國司法部反壟斷執法部門正檢視谷歌收購網絡保安公司Wiz 的交易，以判斷交易有否違規。 

有關交易金額約320億美元，是 Google 母公司 Alphabet 歷來最大宗收購計劃。Alphabet 計劃把 Wiz 與 Google 自身的雲服務部門合併，從而加強本身的網絡保安能力。

美國司法部、Google 及 Wiz 未有回應傳媒查詢。(BC)
