<匯港通訊>   英國公布英王查理斯三世壽辰授勳名單，獨立股評人兼財經網站 Webb-site 創辦人 David Webb 頒授大英帝國員佐勳章(MBE)，以表揚他過去在提升企業管治水平所付出的貢獻。 

David Webb 發聲明指出，就英國政府高度關注香港的事務，並認可他在過去27年的貢獻感到高興，並認為對他而言，最重要是港人及其他地方的人如何看待他的工作。

因末期癌症進入生命倒數階段的 David Webb說，過去數月開始淡出公眾的視線，準備迎接人生最後一場博鬥，許多人給予的敬意，讓他深受感動。

他指出，這項榮譽對他的家人也意義重大，因為他們一直大力支持他。 (BC)
