「滶晨」首輪138伙開售數小時內已全數獲認購將加推應市 X

<匯港通訊> 新世界發展(00017)夥拍帝國集團、資本策略(00497)、麗新發展(00488)及港鐵公司(00066)發展的黃竹坑站港島南岸「DEEP WATER PAVILIA 滶晨」今天首輪以價單形式銷售138伙 ,開售數小時內138伙已全數獲認購。由於向隅者眾多,「滶晨」將加推以回應市場需求。

據代理透露,首輪共錄得26組大手客買2伙或以上,共涉75伙,其中最大手豪客斥資近8000萬港元購入8伙,另錄得三組大手客各購入5伙。按首輪以價單銷售伙數計,大手客佔逾54%。

現場買家人士多元化,當中不乏本地投資客、國際買家、中高產家庭及專才用家等。 (BC)
