CH FIN LEASING jumps 6.46 times on Meitu founder's offer X

(Infocast News)    China Financial Leasing (02312) has been acquired by Meitu (01357)'s founder Cai Wensheng for 34.96% of the shares. Following the announcement of a premium buyout, the stock surged 6.46 times to HK$2.5 upon resuming trading this morning. 

It is currently traded at HK$1.34, with a rise of 3 times. (SY)
