<匯港通訊>     新華通訊頻媒(00309)表示，誠如前公告披露，公司核數師已就集團截至2025年3月31日止年度的綜合財務報表發出無法表示意見的核數師報告。因此，應公司要求，公司股份將於今日(2日)上午9時起，根據聯交所證券上市規則第13.50A條的規定，於香港聯交所暫停買賣。 (ST)
