畢馬威指本港今年 IPO 集資最樂觀為2500億元 X

<匯港通訊>   畢馬威中國香港資本市場組主管合夥人劉大昌於記者會預測，本港今年新股有100宗，集資逾2000億港元，較去年底預測的80宗及集資1000-1200億港元，增67-100%，並稱，最樂觀可見2500億港元，增1.08-1.5倍，料可成全球 IPO 集資市場首位。

他稱，由於現時申請香港上市的公司有逾210間，其中44間 A+H 正在處理中，料當中有2-3間集資逾100億港元，倘若在44間中有60-70%成功上市，已集資數百億港元，假若餘下非 A+H 公司中有30-50%成功上市，基於這個情景，估計本港 IPO 今年全年集資可逾2000億港元。

劉大昌指出，現時以內地龍頭企業來港上市較受市場歡迎他們多是 A+H 公司。對於大灣區企業回 A 股，他稱，由於市值要求為2000億元人民幣，故騰訊(00700)符合有關要求。 （BC)
