西門子及益華稱美國已取消對中國晶片設計軟件出口限制 X

<匯港通訊> 《央視新聞》報道，德國西門子(Siemens)發表聲明，指已收到美國政府通知，美國已取消對中國晶片設計軟件的出口限制，公司已經全面恢復中國客戶對其軟件和技術的使用權限。

另外，美國晶片軟件公司益華(Cadence)亦指，美國取消有關出口限制，正恢復受影響客戶的使用權。

今年5月，美國商務部工業與安全局(BIS)向一些領先電子設計自動化(EDA)軟件供應商發信，包括西門子、益華和新思科技(Synopsys)等，要求他們向中國出口半導體設計軟件和化學品等產品之前，必須獲得許可證。 (ST)
