中深建業(02503)配股價上調至0.61元 下午復牌 X

<匯港通訊>    中深建業(02503)宣布，公司與各認購方經公平磋商後，已於今日訂立補充協議，訂約方同意將認購價由0.6元更改為0.61元，新認購價較昨日收市價0.71元折讓14.08%。中深建業下午1時正起復牌。

認購事項之所得款項總額增加至7540萬元，淨額增加至7510萬元，約5270萬元用於應付若干項目的資本需求及現金流；及約2240萬元用於一般營運資金。

該公司將配售合共1.236億股，佔擴大後股16.67%。 (ST)
