巴西退回特朗普致盧拉信函　要求美方解釋有關博爾索納羅部分 X

<匯港通訊>   巴西政府表示，已通知美國大使館，將會退回美國總統特朗普的信函，並決定召見美國駐巴西臨時代辦，要求解釋信中關於前總統博爾索納羅的部分。

特朗普較早時公開致巴西總統盧拉的信函，除了表示會從8月1日起，對巴西產品徵收50%關稅之外，還要求盧拉立即停止對博爾索納羅的政治迫害。

盧拉表明，巴西不會接受任何人控制或威脅，對於美國單方面宣布提高對巴西的關稅，巴西可以採取一系列措施回應，包括引用國會通過的對等法，向美國商品徵收50%關稅。

巴西農業部長法瓦羅批評，美國對巴西產品徵收50%關稅是不正當，而中東及南亞等市場可以成為巴西出口的替代選項。（BC)
