內媒：友邦收購上海松江區保障性租賃社區 涉2252伙 X

<匯港通訊>    內地傳媒引述市場消息指，友邦保險(01299)正擴大在上海的不動產投資布局，收購上海松江區的保障性租賃社區，涉及2252個單位。

該項目命為「上海松江西部科技園柚米社區」，由上海松江經濟技術開發建設集團與旭輝(00884)旗下上海領琛商務諮詢聯合開發，由旭輝旗下旭輝建管代建，總建築面積達約10.13萬平方米。

柚米社區去年6月交付啟用，由旭輝租賃住房品牌「瓴寓」經營，截至去年10月出租率近80%，入住約1800戶。 (ST)
