團結香港基金:政府今季賣地計劃仍延續過去數季的保守策略 X

<匯港通訊>   發展局剛剛公布2025/26年度第二季的賣地計劃。團結香港基金副總裁兼公共政策研究院執行總監葉文祺表示，雖然近期樓市氣氛有些改善，但今季賣地計劃仍然延續過去數季的保守策略，推出位於成熟社區的單幅中小型地皮，顯示當局希望在短中期維持穩定的私樓土地供應。

葉文祺指出，第二季總供應達到近5000伙的多季新高，源於洪水橋第34B區完成原址換地申請。值得留意的是，該地皮毗鄰預計五年後落成的洪水橋站，反映鐵路落成時間與私人發展商入場意欲直接相關。因此，未來當局在北部都會區的推地部署上，應與交通基建時間表緊密配合，令區内發展步伐可以順利推進。 （BC)
