<匯港通訊>    利嘉閣地產研究部主管陳海潮表示，市場上大型新盤銷情持續，帶動整體樓市氣氛，二手準買家加快搵樓步伐，指標屋苑預約睇樓量穩中向好。

根據利嘉閣地產研究部數據估算，全港50個指標屋苑共錄1170組客戶於周末預約睇樓，較上周末的1150組增加1.7%，為近三個周末最多。 (BC)
