<匯港通訊> 會德豐地產副主席兼常務董事黃光耀表示，整個 SEASONS 系列開售至今累售1251伙，套現近77.5億港元。有見近日項目一、兩房戶尤其受歡迎，徇眾要求，GRAND SEASONS 今天原價加推價單4號與銷售安排5號。當中重點推出的80伙全新單位，包括首度推出第1B座F室2房海景戶。

黃光耀續指，銷售安排5號中，重點推出的80伙全新單位，包括19個1房(開廚)、45個2房(開廚)、7個2房(梗廚)及9個3房1套+工作間連洗手間(梗廚)單位；當中包括2個平台特色戶、4個頂層特色戶。單位實用面積323至716平方呎，折實售價由485.5-1222萬港元，折實呎價由1.4362-1.9212萬港元，折實平均呎價1.5452萬港元，以折實金額計算，有15個(19%)單位低於500萬港元，56個(70%)單位低於700萬港元，68個(85%)單位低於800萬港元，全數單位低於1250萬港元。是次80個單位預計可套現約6.4億港元(售價計)，折實約5.6億港元。（BC)
