海關總署：中美雙方團隊正加緊落實倫敦框架成果 X

<匯港通訊>     中國海關總署副署長王令浚在國新辦記者會表示，上半年中國對美國出口按年跌9.9%，進口跌7.7%，主要受美國實施對等關稅影響，導致第2季中美貿易按年由升轉跌20.8%，但隨著中美在倫敦及日內瓦的經貿會談取得積極進展，雙方貿易回升，6月進出口總值回升至逾3500億人民幣，按年跌幅明顯收窄。

他指，據了解，目前中美雙方團隊正加緊落實倫敦框架成果，認為雙方在倫敦達成的框架，以及在日內瓦達成的共識來之不易，強調訛詐脅迫並無出路，對話合作才是正路，中美經貿合作本質是互利共贏，是全球化不可逆轉的潮流，亦是產業鏈深度融合的要求。

他指，期望美方與中方相向而行，讓合作成為中美經貿主旋律，推動全球貿易體系重回公平與開放軌道，為全球經濟復蘇和增長作出貢獻。 (ST)
