<匯港通訊>          中食民安(08283)宣布，配售最多9,600,000股股份，佔擴大後股本約16.67%，配售價每股0.6元，較7月14日收市價0.73元折讓約17.81%，所得款項總額約576萬元，淨額約540萬元，其中約240萬元用作開展營銷活動，推廣集團即食食品業務，及約300萬元用作未來對即食食品行業內上游供應鏈的投資。 (WH)
