<匯港通訊>         中國白銀集團(00815)宣布，發行合共460,000,000股股份，佔擴大後股本約16.42%，配售價每股0.45元，較7月14日收市價0.56元折讓約19.64%，所得款項總額約207,000,000元，約206,500,000元。

所得款項淨額的約60%（約為123,900,000元）將用於為製造業務分部購買存貨材料、所得款項淨額的約20%（約為41,300,000元）將用作於日喀則礦進行普查及其他勘探作業及附近其他潛在採礦機遇預期產生的資本開支及所得款項淨額的約20%（約為41,300,000元）將分配用作集團的一般營運資金。 (WH)
