<匯港通訊>        佳明集團控股(01271)公布，已成功取得所有貸款方對違反事項的豁免。因此，貸款方不會因違反事項而要求集團即時償還貸款融資項下相關的銀行貸款。集團將按原定還款日期償還貸款本金及利息。
