<匯港通訊> 九龍建業(00034)於今日上載西營盤「UPPER MANOR 半山名滙」售樓說明書,九建市務及銷售部助理總經理陳淑芳表示,項目共提供 111個住宅單位,涵蓋一房至三房,標準分層住宅物業層與層之間的高度可高達3.5米。標準分層單位共設有四種戶型,實用面積介乎257平方呎至462平方呎,當中一房及兩房單位佔整體近8成。另外,項目另備1伙頂層特色單位,實用面積774呎,為三房一套間隔,備有673平方呎平台及590平方呎天台。 (BC)
