美國6月新屋動工高於預期　但單幢住宅動工量按月跌近5% X

<匯港通訊>  美國6月新屋動工按月升4.6%,以年率計132.1萬間,高於預期。期內,建築許可按月微升0.2%,以年率計139.7萬間,略高於預期。

佔大多數比例的單幢住宅,上月動工量跌4.6%,以年率計88.3萬間。單幢住宅建築許可亦跌3.7%,以年率計86.6萬間。

分析指,按揭貸款利率高企、經濟不確定,抑制置業需求,導致市場上房屋供應增加,限制建築商新動工項目。 (BC)
