啟德新盤命名維港·灣畔 共2060伙最開八月開售 X

<匯港通訊>            由中國海外(00688)、九龍倉集團(00004)、恒基地產(00012)及嘉華國際(00173)攜手策劃於啟德海灣半島 PARK PENINSULA 的全新大型臨海地標發展項目，今日正式命名為「維港·灣畔VICTORIA VOYAGE」。

中國海外地產董事總經理游偉光表示，「維港·灣畔VICTORIA VOYAGE」分4期發展，合共提供 2060個住宅單位，是啟德跑道區上的大型地標發展項目。第1A期迎海門由3座大樓組成，合共提供635個住宅單位，戶型多元化。項目已屆現樓，預計最快8月開售。

游偉光認為，本港樓市持續復甦。因目前按揭利率處於低位，促使租客轉租為買。市場預期下半年美國減息兩次，亦進一步利好樓市。且今年上半年一手市場暢旺，成交量達約9300宗。另外，政府減少推地供應下降對樓市有支持作用。
