「維港.灣畔」以招標形式售6個臨海大宅 總合約額逾1.68億元 X

<匯港通訊>   由中國海外(00688)、九龍倉(00004)、恒地(00012)及嘉華國際(00173)合作發展的啟德跑道區項目「維港.灣畔」首次公布招標結果，今日(8月8日)成功以招標形式售出6個第1A期迎海門之臨海大宅，總合約額逾1.68億港元，其中最高成交單位售價及呎價為第1A座31樓A單位，實用面積819平方呎，成交價3054.1萬港元，呎價3.7291萬港元。

「維港.灣畔」今天錄得6宗招標成交，全為3房1套加工作間連洗手間間隔，單位均享有維港兩岸景致。(BC)
