新地啟德「天璽．天」第2期本月內料獲批滿意紙 擬先推四房招標 X

<匯港通訊>      新鴻基地產(00016)啟德項目「天璽．天」第2期預料本月內獲批滿意紙，其後會隨即展開銷售，首批先推4房戶招標。

新地代理總經理胡致遠指出，獲批滿意紙後會隨即推售。首批將推出高層4房戶招標，實用面積約1200-2240呎。

對於新一份《施政報告》優化新資本投資者入境計劃，胡致遠指出，新措施令申請者有更多選擇，天璽．天第2期亦會受惠。另外,本港已展開減息周期，減低買家供樓負擔；加上租金持續上升，能吸引買家入市。 (JJ)
